The primary mission of this role is to ensure operational excellence in Talent Management processes by managing performance, learning, leadership, and talent development cycles, while guaranteeing the quality and traceability of information. Job Responsibilities - Manage the entire performance cycle, ensuring that deadlines, evaluations, and conversations between leaders and teams are met. - Administer the LMS platform and manage the portfolio of cross-functional courses for the development of all teams. - Provide operational oversight of succession initiatives, career plans, and individual development plans (IDPs). - Create dashboards and key reports on performance and talent to facilitate decision-making. - Optimize and automate processes in the department using digital tools and artificial intelligence. - Continuously guide and support leaders and employees in the use of talent management tools. What do you need to apply? - A degree in Psychology (with a concentration in Organizational Psychology) or a related field. - Previous experience managing comprehensive performance cycles and administering LMS platforms such as Buk or similar. - Intermediate level of English.
