Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting Clinical Trial Management Associates (CTMAs) and Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to keep trial operations running smoothly.
- Documentation Management: Track trial documentation, conduct Trial Master File (TMF) activities (uploading, indexing, and quality verification), and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- System & Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain critical trial data across internal systems and maintain operational trackers.
- Reporting: Prepare operational reports and presentation materials to support clinical trial updates.
- Monitoring Support: Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs/monitors) with daily administrative and operational duties.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Active student status required, preferably pursuing a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Physics, or related Life Sciences fields.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva, and a practical understanding of AI tools.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English (minimum B2 level) for effective everyday communication.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and clear communication skills.
