Your Role with Us - Software Development: Work as a developer on projects for renowned clients. - Frontend, Backend, or Full-Stack: You can take on any of these roles, depending on project and client needs. - You won’t just be mindlessly writing code; you’ll also be thinking about context, implications, and architecture. - AI will be your constant companion: as your personal code assistant, but also in your implementation projects. - You’ll be part of our clients’ agile project teams and play a key role as a developer. - Together with your colleagues, you’ll continue to develop our internal toolset—and learn a great deal from one another in the process. - Outlook: As a developer, you have nearly unlimited opportunities: Lead Dev, Tech Specialist, Architect, Security Specialist, Cloud Expert, Project Manager, Tester—wherever your personal journey may take you. What We Expect From You - You have at least five years of practical experience as a software developer. - You have a strong backend tech stack (Java/Kotlin + Spring Framework or Python + Django Framework or Go), are proficient in SQL/NoSQL, and have a solid command of React, JS, and TS (also desirable: Angular, experience with GraphQL, and working with OpenAPI standards). - You’re experienced in professional development, familiar with common tools and frameworks, and understand the cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps (GitHub Actions/TravisCI/AWS Pipelines/etc.), and Kubernetes. - You embody the principles of (sensibly applied!) agile software development, recognize the value of ticket systems, and can work effectively in a team. - You’re a techie—but you can also discuss topics on an equal footing with clients or representatives from business departments.
