Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
• Strong experience in application design and configuration to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively within enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with data governance and management principles related to enterprise data systems.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Skilled in adapting software applications to evolving business processes and technology landscapes.
