We are expanding our Data team and are looking for experienced Data Architects and Data Engineers with strong expertise in Telecom and OSS environments. The successful candidates will contribute to both the design and implementation of enterprise data models, ensuring alignment between business needs, operational processes, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data models aligned with TM Forum SID standards.
- Translate business and operational requirements into scalable data and solution designs.
- Analyze, map, and harmonize data across multiple OSS systems.
- Support the definition of data ownership, mastership rules, business objects, and data standards.
- Produce detailed analysis and design deliverables to support architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with business, operational, and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of data solutions.
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of standardized data models and cross-system mapping frameworks, with a focus on ORI, MOST, and IRP.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and governance across enterprise data assets.
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Telecom and OSS environments.
- Strong knowledge of TM Forum SID and telecom data modeling principles.
- Proven experience in Solution Design and data architecture activities.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with standardized data models based on TM Forum SID within OSS ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
