As part of this organization, we have activated the Operations pillar, dedicated to driving quality excellence through audit execution, calibration, root cause analysis, and actionable insights that help improve the customer and earner experience.

As a Service Quality Specialist II, you'll be part of a global team delivering consistent, accurate, and scalable quality outcomes across multiple lines of business. This role is a great next step in your QA career-expanding your reach, giving you more visibility, and allowing you to engage in higher-impact tasks such as calibrations, shadowing, and acting as a QA SME.

What You'll Do

Perform quality audits across different workflows, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Uber's standards.

Keep data updated to track audit outcomes and spot trends, supporting team goals.

Take part in training sessions to sharpen your knowledge and stay on top of process changes.

Join team huddles and share insights to help drive continuous improvement.

Support QaaS production as a backup when necessary.

Consistently meet productivity and accuracy KPIs.

Perform calibration audits and participate as an evaluator to align quality standards across teams.

Act as a QA SME by supporting calibration activities when applicable.

Conduct/participate in shadowing sessions to mentor peers and share best practices.

What You'll Need

Attention to detail and a strong drive to deliver high-quality results.

Willingness to take on more ownership and step into SME responsibilities.

Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and/or Excel.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

A consistent track record of meeting performance targets.

Ability to communicate effectively in Cyrillic-based languages and English, both written and spoken.
