I'm partnering with a founder-led, crypto trading and technology firm that's building cutting-edge infrastructure across both CeFi and DeFi.

This role offers the opportunity to own the design and development of the firm's next-generation data ingestion platform—the backbone that powers trading, risk, quant, and accounting systems. You'll be building a single source of truth by unifying on-chain blockchain data with centralized exchange data, supporting both real-time trading and historical analytics.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and build a high-performance data ingestion platform for on-chain and centralized exchange data.
• Develop integrations with EVM and Solana blockchains, as well as centralized exchange REST and WebSocket APIs.
• Build scalable historical backfill and snapshotting capabilities to ensure complete and reliable datasets.
• Develop the foundation for a real-time and historical data warehouse supporting trading, risk, and future business initiatives.
• Own the reliability, monitoring, and observability of the data platform.

What they're looking for:

• Strong commercial experience writing production Rust.
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines and backend systems.
• Knowledge of blockchain data (EVM and/or Solana), RPCs, transaction/event parsing, or exchange APIs.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or ClickHouse at scale.
• Strong understanding of streaming data, polling architectures, and building resilient distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with engineering, quant, and business stakeholders.

⭐ Nice to have: Experience with centralized exchange APIs (Binance, Bybit, Hyperliquid), DeFi protocols, large-scale data warehouse design, or financial/trading systems where data accuracy directly impacts P&L.
