Who we are looking for

🚀As a Data Governance Technology (Senior) Consultant, you will be embedded in our technology strategy team, advising clients across various industries such as financial services, energy, insurance, and manufacturing on how to design, implement, and operate modern data governance programmes.

This role spans the full spectrum, from early-stage strategy and tool selection, through hands-on platform configuration and data quality design, to stakeholder engagement with C-level executives and data stewards alike. You will work with best-in-class tooling and operate as a trusted advisor across the EMEA region.

🔎If you are / have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with data in a business or technical role
• Strategic and analytical mindset, able to structure ambiguous problems and drive to meaningful conclusions
• Ability to gather and translate business and technical requirements across different industries
• Practical knowledge of Informatica (on-premise and/or cloud) configuration, metadata management, or data quality rule authoring and data integration
• Practical knowledge of integrating third-party APIs using RESTful services, working with JSON/XML, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT), and API testing tools
• Previous experience of data related projects (data warehouse, data lake, business intelligence, data quality or data governance)
• High-quality client-facing documents: requirements, design specs, technical reports, and executive presentations
• English at advanced level, both written and spoken
• Practical SQL knowledge, comfortable reading and writing queries against relational and analytical databases
• Familiarity with Python, Java or Groovy scripting is a supporting skill, not the daily focus
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Positive, can-do mindset with the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment
• Interest in areas such as:

🟢Moreover, the following will be an advantage:

• Hands-on experience with Data Quality or Data Governance projects
• Practical knowledge of Colibra or Attacama - configuration, metadata management, or data quality rule authoring
• Understanding of data cataloguing, business glossary design, lineage, or MDM concepts
• Experience in Agile delivery environments (Scrum, Kanban)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Exposure to cloud data platforms — Snowflake, Databricks, or similar
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to data (GDPR, BCBS 239, or sector-specific)

Your future role

• As a Data Governance Technology (Senior) Consultant, you will be part of the technology strategy team within the firm responsible. You will have an opportunity to lead clients through Data Governance strategy and implementations as well as other data related projects from both organizational and technical site,
• You will have the opportunity to work and acquire skills with the best Data Governance solutions available on the market (Informatica, Collibra, Attacama),
• Although we require some programing skills, writing a code won't be your everyday task,
• You will have an opportunity to develop and implement data governance processes and solutions for clients from various business sectors (e.g., financial services, automotive, insurance),
• You will act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business stakeholders.
• You will have an opportunity to lead clients through architecture and business transformations and help our clients achieve technological fit for their businesses.

Selection process

Online Test 💻

The first stage of the recruitment process is an online test designed to assess your skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

HR Screening Call 📞

The second stage is a 15-minute HR screening call in English. During the conversation, we will discuss your experience, motivation, and expectations.

The final stage is a 60-minute online interview via MS Teams in English.
