We are looking for an Senior C++ Developer!

Responsabilities:

• Develop modules, components, and utilities for an ultra-low latency electronic trading platform.
• Design and implement new algorithmic trading models, algorithm frameworks, market data distribution, and ultra-low latency exchange connectors.
• Take ownership of the platform, including development, maintenance, support, bug fixing, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the platform meets the highest standards of quality, security, and performance.
• Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including technical analysis, documentation, development, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with the Production Support team to manage software releases and component maintenance.
• Work closely with global Engineering, Business, and Support teams across multiple locations.
• Drive innovation by contributing to greenfield projects and designing new platform capabilities.
• Contribute to migration and refactoring initiatives to modernize existing applications and architectures.
• Work within an Agile development environment, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development.
• At least 2 years of experience as an IT Team Lead.
• Strong proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17/20).
• Solid knowledge of STL and Boost libraries.
• Experience with Python development.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and development tools such as CMake, GCC, and GDB.
• Experience developing electronic trading platforms or other high-performance, real-time systems.
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience in migration and application refactoring projects.
• Knowledge of Unix scripting and Bash is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol or other FinTech protocols is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively within globally distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation mindset.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
