【背景】
ティアフォーは、オープンソースの自動運転ソフトウェアであるAutowareの開発・運用を行い、自動運転に関連する幅広いアプリケーション、ソリューション、サービスを提供しています。System Software Engineer
- Middleware Developmentは、Autowareの実行基盤となるミドルウェアの開発を担うポジションです。TIER IVには、Autoware向けのミドルウェアおよびOSを研究開発するチームがあり、実際に公道を走行する自動運転プロダクトで活用されるシステムソフトウェアを公開しています。以下は、そのソフトウェア例です (これらに限らず、他にも進行中の研究開発事項が存在します)。

【従事すべき業務の内容】
- 雇入れ直後： 本求人に記載のある業務
- 変更の範囲： 上記に加え、会社が指定した業務
- C、C++、Rust等を用いたシステムプログラミング (低レイヤソフトウェア開発) 経験
- コンピュータサイエンスに関する博士・修士の学位。またはそれに準ずる能力
- オペレーティングシステムなど、低レイヤソフトウェアに関する専門知識
- 技術的な文章 (Design Documentなど) のReading/Writingスキル
- OS、ミドルウェア、ハイパーバイザなど、システムソフトウェアに関する研究、論文執筆経験 (修士課程や博士課程、またはそれに準ずる環境)
- Linuxカーネルの開発および実験・評価の経験
- オーナーシップを高く持ち、参加するプロジェクトに貢献する
- 低レイヤソフトウェア技術を愛している
- オープンソースによって社会に大きなインパクトを与えることにワクワクする
- 単なる技術的興味だけでなく、プロダクトや社会実装に貢献する意思がある
- 難しい問題に自ら率先して取り組み、そのリーダーシップを以て周囲を鼓舞できる

Salary想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：416,667円 ~ 1,166,667円
月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary：307,667 円 ~ 862,667円 （固定残業手当を除く額 / excluding fixed overtime pay）
固定残業手当：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として
109,000円 ~ 304,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給） / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥109,000to ¥304,000 will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.
