岗位职责 / Responsibilities
- 设计、开发并维护面向 PCB 制造与几何处理场景的核心 DFM 软件模块,主要使用 C/C++。 Design, develop, and maintain core DFM software modules in C/C++ for PCB manufacturing and geometry-processing applications.
- 构建并持续增强可制造性分析、规则检查、补偿、优化与特征变换等算法能力。 Build and enhance algorithmic capabilities for manufacturability analysis, rule checking, compensation, optimization, and feature transformation.
- 将制造工艺知识和工程需求转化为可靠、可扩展、可维护的软件解决方案。 Translate manufacturing knowledge and engineering requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
- 参与处理高几何复杂度的问题域,包括间距、净距、蚀刻补偿、过孔与焊盘处理、信号优化、铜面与表面处理等相关 DFM 工作流。 Work on geometry-heavy problem domains such as spacing, clearance, etch compensation, via and pad handling, signal optimization, copper and surface processing, and related DFM workflows.
- 持续提升大型长期维护型生产代码库的性能、稳定性和软件质量。 Improve system performance, stability, and software quality in a large, long-lived production codebase.
- 定位并解决算法、数据处理和工作流集成中的复杂技术问题。 Debug complex technical issues across algorithms, data handling, and workflow integration.
- 与领域专家、产品团队和其他工程师合作,定义需求、验证行为并交付可投入生产的功能。 Collaborate with domain experts, product teams, and other engineers to define requirements, validate behavior, and deliver production-ready features.
- 参与代码评审、技术方案讨论、可测试性提升以及工程栈的持续演进与现代化。 Contribute to code reviews, technical design discussions, testability improvements, and ongoing modernization of the engineering stack.
- 支持边界场景和客户影响问题的分析与修复,强调根因定位与高可靠性交付。 Support investigation of edge cases and customer-impacting issues, with a strong focus on root-cause analysis and reliable fixes.
- 计算机科学、软件工程、电子工程、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历。 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5 年及以上软件开发经验,具备扎实的 C 和/或 C++ 实战开发能力。 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in C and/or C++.
- 在数据结构、算法以及面向性能敏感型系统的软件设计方面具备扎实基础。 Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design for performance-sensitive systems.
- 有复杂工程软件、算法系统或几何密集型应用的开发或维护经验。 Proven experience developing or maintaining complex engineering software, algorithmic systems, or geometry-intensive applications.
- 具备在大型代码库中进行复杂问题调试和根因定位的能力,并能交付长期有效的解决方案。 Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in large codebases, including the ability to isolate root causes and deliver durable solutions.
- 具备计算几何、规则处理、CAD/CAM/EDA 系统或类似技术领域经验者优先。 Experience with computational geometry, rule-based processing, CAD/CAM/EDA systems, or similar technical domains is strongly preferred.
- 有 PCB、DFM、CAM、制造工程软件或其他工业/工程类软件背景者优先。 Experience in PCB, DFM, CAM, manufacturing engineering software, or other industrial or engineering software domains is highly desirable.
- 熟悉单元测试、回归分析、代码评审和受控发布等软件质量实践。 Familiarity with software quality practices such as unit testing, regression analysis, code review, and controlled release processes.
- 有在遗留系统与演进中架构并存环境下工作的经验,能够平衡产品连续性与技术改进。 Experience working across legacy systems and evolving architectures, balancing product continuity with technical improvement.
- 具备很强的分析思维,能够将复杂工程问题拆解为可落地的软件方案。 Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex engineering problems into practical software solutions.
- 具备较强的责任心、主人翁意识和质量导向。 High sense of ownership, accountability, and quality orientation.
- 具备良好的沟通能力,能够与软件工程师及领域专家高效合作。 Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both software engineers and domain experts.
- 能够独立推动复杂任务,同时具备良好的跨职能协作能力。 Ability to work independently on complex tasks while also collaborating well in cross-functional teams.
- 好奇心强、注重细节,愿意深耕技术复杂度高的问题领域。 Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in technically deep problem spaces.
- 具备务实的工程判断力,能够在正确性、性能、可维护性和交付效率之间做出合理权衡。 Pragmatic mindset with good engineering judgment on trade-offs among correctness, performance, maintainability, and delivery speed.
- 能够适应大型成熟代码库和真实生产约束下的开发环境。 Resilient and adaptable when working in large, mature codebases with real production constraints.
