About The Hiring Team

Lightspeed Tech Center is a R&D department under Lightspeed Studios which develop PUBG Mobile and other high-quality games. Our Tech Center leads the research, exploration, and discovery of innovative technologies and provides technical services for all games during all phases of life cycle, including engine, audio, QA, AI, next generation game, technical cooperation, etc.

What The Role Entails

• Assist Lightspeed game projects in evaluating, designing, and implementing engine technical solutions, including rendering, animation, and physics.
• Collaborate efficiently with Japanese game projects to help resolve engine-related technical challenges.
• Guide other engineers and support the team in solving engine technology issues.

• Strong sense of responsibility, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Highly self-driven with a strong commitment to development quality.
• Over 3 years of experience in game engine development.
• Proficient in engine architecture, rendering, animation, physics, and related technologies.
• Deep expertise in at least one area of engine technology.
• Proficient in C++, data structures, and algorithms.
• Closely follow the latest game engine technologies in the industry and apply new knowledge to practical work.
