Role Overview

Design and develop Windows drivers to optimize our in-house NPU. A great opportunity for recent graduates to grow into system software experts.

Responsibilities

□ Develop Windows PCIe drivers for in-house NPUs

□ Optimize driver performance and troubleshoot issues

□ Build test applications and execute driver tests

□ Maintain technical documentation

Qualifications

□ BS/MS in CS, EE, or related fields (Recent/Expected Grads)

□ Strong C/C++ skills with system programming experience

□ Solid understanding of OS and Computer Architecture

□ Basic knowledge of HW/SW interfaces

□ Strong problem-solving skills and passion for tech

Preferred Qualifications

□ Driver development experience (Windows WDF/KMDF/UMDF or Linux)

□ System optimization experience (Multithreading, Memory pools)

□ AI inference framework experience (ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, OpenVINO)

□ Knowledge of DL compilers (TVM, MLIR) or graph optimization

□ Profiling tool experience (Intel VTune, Nsight/NVProf)

□ Basic kernel programming skills (CUDA, Triton)

Employment Type

□ Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)

Working Hours

□ Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
