• 트레이딩 시스템 개발자 (Trading Systems Engineer)

💻 주요 업무

• 내부 트레이딩 시스템 및 운영 도구 개발
• 주문, 포지션, 손익, 리스크 관련 기능 개발
• 시장 데이터 및 거래 데이터 연동 지원
• API 기반 시스템 개발 및 개선
• CTO, CIO, 트레이더와 협업하여 필요한 기능 구현
• 기존 내부 툴의 개선 및 안정화

✅ 자격 요건

• C++ / MFC / Python 기반 개발 경험
• TCP / UDP 네트워크 개발 경험
• API 개발 또는 연동 경험
• 프론트엔드 또는 내부 대시보드 개발 경험
• 서버와 화면 간의 데이터 흐름에 대한 높은 이해도
• 사용자 요구사항을 분석하여 기능으로 구현할 수 있는 능력

💵 근무 조건 및 처우

• 근무지: 서울 강남구 (언주역 근처)

• 연봉: 6,000만 원 ~ 10,000만 원 (경력 및 역량에 따라 최종 협의)

📌 Position

• Trading Systems Engineer

💻 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain internal trading systems and operational tools.
• Design and implement features related to order routing, position tracking, PnL, and risk management.
• Support the integration of market data and transactional data feeds.
• Develop and enhance API-based systems.
• Collaborate closely with the CTO, CIO, and traders to implement requested features.
• Optimize and stabilize existing internal tools and infrastructure.

✅ Requirements

• Hands-on development experience with C++, MFC, and Python.
• Solid experience in TCP/UDP network programming.
• Proven experience in API development or integration.
• Experience in frontend development or building internal dashboards.
• Strong understanding of data flow between servers and user interfaces.
• Ability to translate user requirements into functional system specifications.
• Keen interest in financial markets and trading systems.

🔥 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in securities firms, asset management, proprietary trading, fintech, or financial IT industries.
• Development experience in order management systems (OMS), risk management systems, or position management systems.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, Django).
• Experience in developing real-time data processing or monitoring systems.
• Experience integrating broker APIs or market data feeds.

💵 Compensation & Benefits

• Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea (Near Eonju Station)
• Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (Negotiable)
• Title/Seniority: Commensurate with experience and capability
• Salary: KRW 60,000,000 ~ KRW 100,000,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
• Performance Bonus: Discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
• Start Date: Negotiable
