What We Are Looking For

To strengthen our Defence & Aerospace activities in Italy, we are looking for talented Embedded Software Engineers interested in working on mission-critical systems and advanced technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain embedded software components
• Implement real-time applications for mission-critical systems
• Develop low-level software, middleware and communication interfaces
• Collaborate with hardware, system and validation teams
• Support software integration and debugging activities
• Contribute to software verification and validation processes
• Produce technical documentation according to industry standards

Requirements

Mandatory:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or similar
• Experience in Embedded Software Development
• Good knowledge of C and/or C++
• Knowledge of Linux Embedded environments
• Experience with software debugging and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies
• Good English communication skills

Preferred

• RTOS (VxWorks, QNX, FreeRTOS)
• Device Driver development
• TCP/IP networking
• UML
• Git
• CI/CD environments
• previous experience in Defence, Aerospace or Railway field
