C++ Engineer

Real Time Group, LTD., is looking for an experienced C++ Algorithm Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team developing advanced algorithms for unique, cutting-edge projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced software solutions for complex algorithmic systems.
• Design and implement software/algorithms in high level C++ on different platforms.
• Collaborate closely with algorithm developers, systems engineers and verification teams.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through implementation and optimization.
• Contribute to solving complex technical challenges and mentoring junior developers.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics or another Exact Sciences discipline - required.
• 5+ years of hands-on C++ (C++11/C++20) development - required.
• Strong experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) - required.
• Strong analytical mindset and background in exact sciences - required.
• At least 2 years of senior-level experience supporting junior developers and solving complex technical problems - required.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Linux/VxWorks/Windows OS - a huge advantage
• Experience with advanced C++ libraries - an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern software design patterns - an advantage.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines - an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile development environments - an advantage.
• Knowledge of physics and radar systems - an advantage.
