Pairio — the AI that keeps factories running.

Every factory runs on machines — and when one breaks, fixing it fast comes down to knowledge that keeps slipping away: buried in 300-page manuals, walking out the door when a veteran retires, gone the moment a repair is done and forgotten. We're building the AI that captures that knowledge and hands it back the second it's needed — a technician records a repair through smart glasses, and the next one who hits the same problem just asks Pairio and gets the answer back on the spot.

You'd be one of the first engineers, owning real features from idea to production, across backend, the agent layer, frontend, and mobile — working directly with the founders on the hard parts.

We're looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in agentic engineering — turns agents into real, working software

• Can't stop tinkering with AI/ML and software engineering, and wants to build with LLMs — agents, real-time voice and video understanding

• Wants to build something big, and goes all in to make it happen — nights, weekends, whatever it takes

• Can join our office at Gravity (Heilbronn)

• Fluent in German is a plus but not a must
