Junior Software Engineer - Onsite in Fort Lauderdale

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Junior Software Engineer to join our team in building and enhancing high-performance mobile applications. This role centers on strong proficiency in Java and C/C++, with a focus on writing clean, optimized, and well-documented code that meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile application components using Java and C/C++
• Write efficient, modular, and maintainable code while adhering to established coding standards
• Optimize existing codebases for improved performance, memory management, and reliability
• Utilize debug tools and profiling operations to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to technical documentation including use cases, requirements, and user-facing materials
• Document code thoroughly using block and inline comments to ensure clarity for the broader team
• Stay current with evolving development tools, programming techniques, and industry best practices
• Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary operations and product information

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 0-2 years of hands-on software development experience with Java and C/C++
• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing multi-threaded systems
• Strong command of object-oriented programming principles
• Proficiency in data structures and data manipulation
• Experience with mobile APIs and third-party integrations
• Fluent in written and spoken English
