  • 7+ years of embedded firmware development experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Embedded C programming.
  • Proven ability to design and develop embedded systems and microcontroller solutions from scratch.
  • Strong experience with embedded debugging, testing, and hardware bring-up.
  • Experience working with communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, and I2C.
  • Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
  • Strong understanding of embedded system architecture, memory management, and hardware/software integration.
  • Ability to pass technical coding assessments and contribute immediately in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) application development.
  • Real-time operating systems (RTOS), including FreeRTOS.
  • Python scripting and automation.
  • C++ development experience.
  • Bootloader development.
  • Embedded cybersecurity concepts including secure boot, certificate chains, and hardware security modules (HSMs).
  • Model-Based Software Development (MBSD).
  • AI Edge Computing or Image Detection applications.
  • Android application development.
  • Experience supporting new product development initiatives.
  • Agile/Scrum development environments.

What Makes This Opportunity Stand Out

  • Opportunity to own firmware architecture and embedded design decisions.
  • Work on connected products incorporating Bluetooth, automation, and emerging AI technologies.
  • High visibility role with significant influence on new product development.
  • Collaborative engineering culture with strong cross-functional engagement.
  • Stable and growing organization investing heavily in embedded innovation.

If you're an engineer who enjoys turning concepts into real-world products and has the technical depth to build embedded systems from the microcontroller level up, we'd love to hear from you.
