Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to promote continuous learning. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align software development efforts with business objectives. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software components. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance team productivity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions. - Proficient in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code for performance. - Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to IBM System i environments. - Ability to work effectively in collaborative team settings and communicate technical concepts clearly. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in IBM System i (AS/400) RPG IV. - This position is based at our Manila office.
