Join a fast-growing, privately-owned company supplying professional products to a wide range of distributors across the UK, Ireland, and internationally. As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead the Product team, setting the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive commercial growth, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experience.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap in alignment with the company’s commercial goals.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging trends to guide product innovation and differentiation.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery against timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, supply chain) to deliver impactful product initiatives.
• Use data-driven insights to optimise product performance, pricing, and assortment decisions.
• Ensure product compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the Product team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding product strategy and performance.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and key internal stakeholders to maximise product success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Significant experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful product portfolios.
• Experience leading teams and setting strategic direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects at a senior level.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
