Job Description & Skill Requirement
Design and develop internal power distribution systems for commercial appliances.
Analyse and manage electrical load requirements across various operating conditions.
Integrate power supplies, converters, and protection devices into appliance systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety and energy efficiency standards (e.g., UL, IEC, ENERGY STAR).
Conduct simulations and lab testing to validate power system performance and reliability.
Conduct pre-compliance EMC/EMI testing in accordance with the specification and provide additional support during formal testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve power-related issues during development and production phases.
Work independently and manage responsibilities. Strong understanding of AC/DC systems, power electronics, and load analysis.
