Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with a web/app analytics platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar), including knowledge of best practices with data collection processes and implementation, solution architecture, and data extraction.
  • Proficiency with quality assurance tools, such as ObservePoint and Charles Proxy.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI is a plus).
  • Experience maintaining data governance best practices across multiple properties and platforms.
  • Experience in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical abilities.
  • Fluent in English (Daily use for business negotiation and client communication)

A Site Analytics Specialist to join our larger BI team. In this role, we help ensure accurate site and app data collection by managing the processes behind tracking requirements, data processing, cleansing, quality verification, and analysis. You will contribute to turning reporting and analytics into actionable insights for the business. Working across product, sales, marketing, account management, publishing, content, and messaging, you will support and implement data-driven decisions with reliable reporting and performance metrics.

Essential Functions:

We are looking for a Site Analytics Specialist to help manage the processes responsible for accurate site and app data collection, processing, cleansing, quality verification, and analysis. The ideal candidate has a business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities and recommendations.
  • Help manage the entire analytics pipeline for our web/app analytics platform, including tracking requirements creation, quality analysis of tracking, tag implementation, clickstream data ETL into backend database systems, ad-hoc analysis, and report and dashboard generation.
  • Build, develop, and maintain reporting systems, data automation systems, ETL workflows, quality assurance systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
This role works closely with team members across product, sales, marketing, account management, publishing, content, and messaging to support and implement data-driven decisions and reporting.
