Create comprehensive operational documentation to support application use and maintenance. Offer application and technical support as needed to maintain system performance and reliability. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Intermediate proficiency in Core Banking. Intermediate proficiency in COBOL. It is advantageous to have prior experience in relevant related skills.
