Who We Are

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

  • Drive “Transform with ADD (AI, Digital and Data)” execution by digitising Global Markets (GM) data & workflows and converting steps into scalable, repeatable automation.
  • Embed “controls-by-design” into internal GM processes (validation, exception routing, traceability) via ADD process.
  • Amplify productivity using Copilot and act as the AI “Champion/ steward” to cultivate and implement the build of Agentic AI Assistant using Copilot CoWork/Studio for all the automatable tasks.
  • Accelerate GM throughput by streamlining high-volume operational processes and strengthen delivery predictability with standardised workflows and clear hand-offs, improving turnaround time for internal customers.
  • Continue to build GM digital capabilities via internal MyGM platform (e.g., task / GM management workflows) to improve execution discipline, accuracy, and speed.
  • Improve data trustworthiness by implementing data integrity checks, robust error handling, and outlier management—especially important during platform decommissioning and migration.
  • Build risk detection into automated workflows by flagging uncertainty, anomalies, and outliers for review, improving risk awareness and control effectiveness.
  • Protect business continuity by keeping critical GM automation and related web services stable and dependable, minimising disruption to BAU.
  • Align technology risk & governance mindset to BNM RMiT expectations by emphasising resilience, service availability, and disciplined risk controls in systems/processes you build and support.
  • Ensure policy alignment in operational practices by staying attentive to relevant GM policy updates that impact access/process governance where applicable.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Financial Engineering, or “Heavy” Programming related courses.
  • With experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Global Markets business interest.
  • Passionate about Automation, Digitalisation, Data Management, and Agentic AI.
  • Proficiency in programming languages in Java, Python, C++, HTML, and CSS.
  • Understand the Framework & Libraries in Python FLASK, Spring Boot, and Angular.
  • Familiar with database and cloud environment in MySQL and AWS.
