What You Will Need to Be Successful

• Bachelor, MSc or PhD degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, Control and Automation
• Hands-on experience in ADAS/AD systems, especially perception, sensor data processing, task planning, and autonomous navigation functions.
• Software/firmware development experience in one or more languages/platforms/libraries such as MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Python, ROS/ROS 2, OpenCV, PyTorch, TensorRT, or similar tools.
• Strong system development and integration mindset for ADAS/AD features, including architecture design, requirement analysis, interface definition, and traceable validation.
• Experience in software testing, debugging, troubleshooting, simulation, recorded-data replay, or HIL/SIL validation for embedded and automotive systems.
• Very good written/verbal English communication
• Very good skills of MS-Office experience
• Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Flexible for short trips abroad
• Able to work in Ankara, Istanbul, or Kocaeli, Türkiye

What Will You Work On

• Contribute to the development and integration of vision/perception functions, including object detection, tracking, classification, sensor input handling, and environmental understanding for ADAS/AD applications.
• Lead or support system-level development of autonomous driving functions ranging from Level 2 up to Level 4, depending on candidate seniority.
• Define and manage system architecture, interfaces, and requirements across perception, task planning, route decision, control, and validation layers.
• Develop and validate task planning logic linked with perception outputs, system states, safety constraints, mission objectives, and operational priorities.
• Support autonomy functions where route and maneuver decisions are updated dynamically based on real-time vision/perception results and task planning inputs.
• Work on validation techniques for ADAS/AD features using simulation environments, recorded vehicle data, replay-based analysis, and platform-level testing.
• Perform software testing, debugging, performance analysis, and root-cause investigation to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance with automotive development expectations.
• Work jointly with cross-functional teams to adapt vehicle subsystems, sensors, control interfaces, and software components for autonomous vehicle applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to build data handling, quality control, pre-processing, analysis, and performance evaluation tools/platforms.
