We're Hiring: SoC Innovators to Shape the Future of Computing
Join a trailblazing start-up based in Istanbul DijitalPark Teknokent, working hand-in-hand with a Silicon Valley engineering team to design and build world-class System-on-Chip (SoC) solutions. We’re seeking passionate engineers to be part of our founding technical team and help us define the next generation of high-performance computing systems — from advanced CPU cores to chiplet-scale architectures.
This is not just another job. This is your opportunity to make a deep technical impact in a high-growth environment where your contributions will define real silicon products.
What You'll Be Working On
Depending on your skills and interests, you may work in one or more of the following areas:
- SoC behavioral modeling and system-level performance/power analysis
- Cycle-accurate simulation and workload-driven performance modeling
- RTL for Advanced microarchitecture design of out-of-order CPU cores & SOC designs
- Hardware verification using state-of-the-art methodologies (UVM, SystemVerilog)
- Physical design of next-gen CPU/SOC architectures — from RTL to GDSII
Our designs target ambitious SoC configurations that include:
- Multi-core RISC-V CPUs
- High-performance AI/ML accelerators (NPUs, GPUs)
- HD video/image processing pipelines
- Coherent and non-coherent NoCs (CHI/AXI)
- Next-gen interfaces: PCIe, CXL, UCIe, Ethernet, and more
- Advanced power management, secure execution, and chiplet integration
What We Look For
We’re assembling a highly technical team of engineers who are passionate about architecture, optimization, and pushing the boundaries of performance and efficiency.
You’re a good fit if you have experience in one or more of the following:
- SoC system modeling (SystemC, C++, Python)
- Performance/power simulation and bottleneck analysis
- RTL design and CPU microarchitecture (OOO execution, memory subsystems)
- Functional verification (UVM, SystemVerilog, coverage convergence)
- Physical design and backend flow (Synthesis, Place & Route, STA)
- Strong knowledge of modern interconnects and protocols (CXL, CHI, AXI)
- AI/ML workloads and their system-level implications
- Hands-on work with industry tools such as Synopsys Platform Architect, VCS, PowerArtist, Innovus, etc.
Your Background
- BS/MS/PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering (PhD is a plus)
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience (varies by role)
- A strong analytical mind, a self-starter attitude, and a collaborative approach
- Passion for building real silicon that makes a difference
Why Join Us?
- Work in a fast-moving, deep-tech start-up environment
- Collaborate daily with a Silicon Valley veteran team
- Contribute to globally relevant, high-performance computing products
- Be part of a mission-driven team that values innovation, excellence, and ownership
