● Are comfortable working across different parts of a modern technology stack, from data platforms and databases to backend services and user-facing applications
● Can quickly understand complex existing systems, even when documentation is limited or the architecture has evolved over many years
● Balance pragmatic delivery with thoughtful engineering and know when to optimize and when to keep things simple
Required technical competence
● Strong experience designing and building production fullstack systems
● Experience working with modern cloud platforms, preferably AWS
● Solid understanding of databases, distributed systems, and data architecture
● Experience with APIs, event-driven systems, streaming platforms, or large-scale data processing
● Comfortable working across multiple technology stacks and learning new technologies when
needed
● Strong understanding of reliability, observability, testing, and production operations
Current tech stack
● Web: PHP & Laravel & Vue
