Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient C/C++ Programmer with experience in embedded systems and software-hardware integration. The role will involve developing, maintaining, and optimizing software applications that support the performance and reliability of our Full Flight Simulators. You will play a key role in creating intuitive UI/UX designs and contributing to the core architecture of our systems, ensuring smooth firmware development and hardware communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain C/C++ software applications for flight simulators, with a strong focus on UI/UX for embedded systems.
• Firmware Integration: Develop and integrate firmware for hardware components used in simulators, ensuring seamless operation and performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with hardware engineers, software architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software and hardware integration. Contribute to software architecture and design reviews.
• Linux Expertise: Work on Linux-based platforms to deploy and optimize software solutions, enhancing performance and reliability.
• UI/UX Design: Create user interfaces that prioritize user experience and design efficiency, ensuring intuitive and engaging interactions. Knowledge of QT will be beneficial.
• Troubleshooting & Debugging: Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing timely resolutions and continuous system improvement.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize performance across software and hardware layers, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Technology Adoption: Stay updated with the latest technologies in IoT, UX/UI, and embedded systems, incorporating them into our solutions to stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in C/C++ programming.
• UI/UX Expertise: Strong expertise in UI/UX design for embedded systems and IoT devices.
• Linux Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Linux environments (development and debugging).
• Firmware Development: Experience with firmware development and hardware-software integration.
• IoT Knowledge: Understanding of IoT architectures and communication protocols like MQTT, CoAP, etc.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovative solutions in aviation technology.
• Leadership: Ability to self-start, take initiative, and build a team to drive projects forward.
