Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Software Engineer/Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will be a member of a high performing agile team and also serve as the Scrum Master, driving sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives while removing impediments. The candidate must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.
In this role, you must have demonstrated effective communication skills as the position will require frequent inter-organizational and outside customer interactions. The successful candidate will have experience and or knowledge of the ability to support frequent travel for integration and test activities is required. C++/Ada development, Red Hat Linux Operating System kernel level operations knowledge, and hardware/software integration experience is required. Experience with Containers, Cloud Deployment Environment, Gitlab / JIRA, and working in an Agile environment is desired. Web service development and Human-Machine interface experience is also desired.
