User Acquisition Manager

neowire is an AI entertainment company. We build entertainment that is generated rather than distributed — made the moment you arrive, personal to you, shaped by what you do with it, and never the same twice. We are looking for people to join us with an AI-first mindset and a bias for output.

Tasks

Bring our current unprofitable test spend of €25,000 per month to scale. We aim for a 10x this year. Your performance defines the scale.

• Focus: Own Google UAC and AppLovin (Axon), where most of the spend sits today. Strategy, setup, budget, daily optimisation. Whether that is still where it sits in six months is your call to make.
• Focus: Direct creative as a system: volume, structured tests, and an honest read on which format (video, game, or comic) is doing the acquiring.
• Work directly with product on what happens after the install, because a good campaign into a bad first session is burnt money.
• Run Facebook, TikTok, and DSPs alongside them, and decide which of them has earned more budget.
• Keep attribution honest: MMP and event setup, and a working suspicion of any dashboard that only brings good news.

Requirements

• Experience of running and scaling paid app acquisition budgets you controlled yourself, without exploding CACs.
• Hands-on with Google UAC and AppLovin. You know how they behave when you change something, not just where the buttons are.
• You get into the data yourself. You know exactly what you need to perform.
• You can design a test that answers a question, and accept the answer when it is not the one you wanted.
