Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Algorithm Development: Develop, implement, and optimize tune & test algorithms for optical module manufacturing

Automation: Design, develop, and maintain Python-based automation and test scripts for production and validation

Lab Commissioning: Commission, validate, and debug software in a laboratory and manufacturing environment

Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Analyze test data, identify root causes, and resolve software and test-related issues

Version Control: Maintain clean, documented source code using Git

Documentation: Document software changes, test procedures, validation results, and debugging activities.

5+years of experience in software development

Strong programming skills in Python

Hands-on experience with Git for source code management

Basic understanding of electronics and electronic circuits

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary engineering team

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

experience with electrical measurement equipment and techniques

Basic knowledge of optical communication systems

Familiarity with optical measurement equipment and optical testing

Prior experience in a laboratory or manufacturing test environment
