We are looking for a

Backend Engineer — Scalable Systems

Build and maintain backend systems that power high-throughput, low-latency services — focus on reliability, scaling, and developer productivity for web and AI workloads.

Tasks

• Design and implement scalable microservices and APIs using Python / Go / Java or similar.
• Optimize for performance, caching, and database scalability (SQL/NoSQL).
• Implement observability, tracing and robust error handling patterns.
• Collaborate with ML teams to design efficient model inference pipelines.

Requirements

• 4+ years backend engineering experience building high-scale systems.
• Experience with distributed systems, message queues, and caching strategies.
• Comfort with cloud-native patterns and container orchestration (K8s).
• Strong debugging and systems-thinking skills.
