Orbital Critical Systems (CAF Group) a leading company in safety‑critical software for aerospace, defence and transport, is looking for System Engineers to join our on‑site teams in Germany, supporting strategic projects with Airbus in Germany.

📍 Locations include Manching, Hamburg, Bremen, Ulm, Donauwörth, Immenstaad and other sites across the country.

What You Will Do

• Translate customer requirements into system specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Define product roadmap and backlog, aligning features, improvements, and priorities.
• Lead UI development (Qt/QML), ensuring usability and technical consistency.
• Manage risks, suppliers, and project execution to meet scope, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and report status, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Aerospace, Computer Science or a related field
• Understanding of modern software methodologies (Agile, DevOps)
• Familiarity of software technologies (C++, Ot/QML)
• B2/C1 English Level – mandatory.
• B1/B2 German Level – will be a plus.
• Applicants must hold citizenship of a European country.
