What you will do:

This role will work across various aspects of engine development, focusing on improving engine architecture, multithreading capabilities, and other core engine subsystems for Varsapura, our next flagship title.

You will:

• Design and implement engine systems to support open-world projects.

• Develop solutions that improve performance, scalability, reliability, and memory efficiency

• Work closely with other game developers to improve tools and pipelines

• Maintain and optimize existing engine features.

• Produce clear technical documentation, design notes, and implementation standards.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 5 years professional programming experience

• Excellent C++ skills

• Good understanding of modern game engine architecture and its design concept.

• Strong understanding of multi-threaded programming and memory management.

• Experience with multiple engine subsystems, including deep technical expertise in at least two domains such as physics, animation, rendering systems, streaming, or resource management, etc

• Proficiency with profiling tools, debugging tools, and optimization workflows

Pluses:

• Experience with Unreal Engine

• A degree in computer science, related field, or equivalent experience

• Shipped open-world titles


Benefits:

The base pay range for this position is $200,000 to $300,000 USD per year. Actual pay is based on location and may vary depending on relevant knowledge, skills, and experience from the candidate. Total compensation may include salary, company bonuses, sign-on bonuses, relocation package, and other benefits such as:
