Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for an Embedded Software Consultant, to work on a project we have in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are looking to support one of our project teams with an Embedded Software Consultant, for a project we are supporting a client with.

In this position as an Embedded Software Consultant, you will play a key role in the design, development and testing of software for embedded systems. You will work across the full development lifecycle, contributing to both low-level firmware and higher-level application code.

The role offers a mix of hands-on development and technical problem-solving, working alongside other engineers to deliver robust and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities

• Development of embedded software using C, C++ and Python
• Low-level and application-level coding on embedded platforms
• Debugging, testing and performance optimisation
• Collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
• Contributing to technical documentation and best practices

Requirements

• Strong experience in embedded software development with C and C++
• Proficiency with Python for scripting, testing or tooling
• Familiarity with embedded platforms, RTOS or bare-metal environments
• Good problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
• Available for on-site work in Copenhagen, Denmark

You would be able to operate as an independent consultant or as an employed consultant for this assignment, which I can support with. You will also be required to go on-site.
