The Role

A technical, hands-on role where you will:

• Develop perception capabilities for machines to interpret complex, unstructured outdoor environments.
• Design and train neural networks for multi-object tracking, terrain interpretation, and classification.
• Build scalable data engines including collection, labeling, and training pipelines.
• Optimize machine vision models for deployment on edge-compute hardware.
• Integrate and fuse data from LiDAR, radar, and cameras for autonomous decision-making.
• Debug perception failures in real-world field environments to improve model reliability.
• Contribute to emerging vision-language-action model development for embodied AI.

The Essential Requirements

• 3-5 years professional experience in robotics, perception, or autonomous systems.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and ROS/ROS2.
• Deep understanding of deploying models via TensorRT, CUDA, or ONNX.
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) is required.

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLM) or multimodal learning.
• Background in off-road autonomy, AgTech, or heavy equipment sectors.
• Expertise in 3D perception, SLAM, or sensor calibration.
