Your Responsibilities
- You coordinate the integration of wireless technologies into the overall product platform, ensuring seamless interaction between all system components.
- You ensure interoperability between hardware, firmware, and software throughout the development lifecycle.
- You act as a technical focal point, facilitating collaboration between RF, Software, Hardware, and Product teams.
- You drive the resolution of complex technical issues and support root cause analysis across engineering disciplines.
- You support system qualification, validation, and release readiness activities to ensure product quality and reliability.
- You maintain and enhance system-level documentation, including architecture, interfaces, and integration concepts.
- You contribute to system integration, test automation, and CI/CD processes to improve development efficiency and product stability.
- You identify technical risks early and support mitigation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Experience with complex embedded, distributed, and communication-driven systems in a system integration or engineering role
- Proven expertise in software integration, system engineering, and end-to-end system validation
- Good understanding of mobile communication technologies, networking concepts, and Linux-based environments
- Experience with Kotlin and C++ as well as system-level debugging and troubleshooting methodologies
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks, CI/CD processes, and modern software development practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex cross-functional technical challenges
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in international development teams; fluent English required, German is a plus
