Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using enterprise AI platforms.
• Build GenAI-powered applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-based automation solutions using Python.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, summarization, and intent classification techniques.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, ITSM tools, and business data sources.
• Develop APIs and backend services to support AI workflows.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions through CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.
• Collaborate with customers to identify AI use cases and drive implementation from concept to production.

Salary Range - $90,000-$120,000 a year
