Role Description:
We are looking for a skilled SCADA & Industrial Software Engineer ideally located near Alpharetta, GA or Odessa, FL, to support industrial automation projects involving new system design, upgrades to existing SCADA platforms, and migrations from legacy systems to modern architecture. These are technically demanding, high-visibility engagements with large customers. You will create, maintain and extend SCADA applications using world class SCADA software and related technologies such as SQL, .NET, VBA, VBScript, C and AI.
This role is primarily SCADA and related software engineering but has potential to expand based on your interests and expertise. You will work with and learn from some of the best Industrial Application Engineers around.
Required Skills:
- Siemens WinCC SCADA v7.4 or higher - Creating and maintaining SCADA Applications: 3+ Years.
- If you have worked with Tecnomatix FactoryLink, that is a big plus but not required.
- VBScript (Or VBA, VB6) — expertise in scripting, debugging, and optimization. 3+ Years
- Strong scripting experience in any standard scripting language 3+ Years
Preferred Skills:
You don't need expertise in all the following, but solid experience in one or more is a strong plus — and you will develop deep proficiency in all of them on the job:
- SCADA and HMI
- SQL programming and reporting
- ANSI C Programming / Scripting
- Visual Basic for Applications (VBA)
- .NET or other modern programming languages
- PLC programming
- AI / automation tooling

· Self-directed — able to stay productive in a remote work environment
· Collaborative — works well both independently and within a team
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (client-facing work is part of the job)
Location & Travel:
· Training period: On-site in Alpharetta, GA (duration TBD based on experience)
· Ongoing: Fully remote with periodic on-site visits (After initial Training Period)
· Primary travel locations: Orlando, FL; Los Angeles, CA; and other customer sites as needed
· Expected travel: ~10–25% on average
Salary Range: $90 - $120K DOE
