Job Purpose
Working with Regional Delivery Team Leader to bring value to our customers by providing servicing excellence and industry thought leadership that identify business opportunity and drive growth for our customers, and leveraging modern technology to drive scale and speed to insight.
We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We are the key link between Nielseniq and clients. Our service and delivery is the reason clients will continue to invest in our products and services.
Success will require:
- To run independently the set-up & the execution of projects by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting sales, writing client reports, and constructing presentations.
- Be able to present core solutions – LPO, RGM, RTM to senior stakeholders as needed.
- Problem-solving skills, solution oriented and good analytical skill.
- Good communication/presentation skills.
- Strong Collaboration and Networking skills,
Core Job Responsibilities:
Understanding Business Needs / Deliver qualified and favorable outcomes
- Full understanding of NIQ portfolio and interconnectedness of different solutions
- Work closely with commercial team and consult with clients regarding business concerns
- Make sure client service standards is implemented and enhance as client expectations
- Conduct external presentations and drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations
- Be responsible to expand our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with the identified key persons within client organization
- Proactively support team leader and interact with Client Engagement teams
Internal Collaboration
- Relentless curiosity to learn from & share with Solution peers and Commercial peers from China markets and beyond
- Works continuously with Commercial team, Delivery Leaders, PL & Solution leaders to ensure that both qualified report and favorable insights can be delivered on time, pertinent information about clients is captured and the relevant people are consulted and/or informed of key activity.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing research, business analysis in retails or FMCG industry.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, PPT or other office software
- Strong communication skills both internal and external
- Can handle client request and project delivery independently
- Excellent business English (+ local language), both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of NIQ products and services will be a plus
