Netop builds secure remote access solutions trusted by organizations in retail, finance, healthcare, industrial operations, and critical infrastructure. With a security-first architecture and strong alignment to Zero Trust principles, our systems run across cloud and on-prem environments and must meet high standards of reliability, compliance, and operational safety.

We operate a modern cloud SaaS platform (Netop Portal) and a mature on-premise product line (Netop Remote Control). Our infrastructure spans AWS, a few outgoing VMware ESXi systems, Entra ID, internal VPNs, and multi-environment deployments. Quality, stability, and automation are core to everything we do.

We’re hiring a Software Engineer (L3) to own and deliver components within the Netop Remote Control stack — a cross-platform suite composed of the Host, Guest, Gateway/Relay, and various helper services. This is a mature, complex system with deep OS integrations, custom networking protocols, and decades of engineering refinement.

You’ll work across native C++ codebases for Windows, Linux, and macOS, taking ownership of features and modules throughout the development lifecycle. This is an entry-level, L3 position — you’ll start by owning well-defined components and progressively take on more complex subsystems, security hardening initiatives, and architectural contributions over your first 6 months.

We don’t care about “years of experience” — we care about strong C++ fundamentals, systems thinking, and the ability to reason methodically about complex, multi-platform code.

After 3 Months

• Independently delivering features and bug fixes with minimal guidance
• Comfortable navigating the On-Prem codebase across Windows and Linux (macOS a plus)
• Contributing meaningfully to code reviews and technical discussions
• Building trust with QA and senior engineers through reliable, high-quality delivery
• Understanding the architecture of at least one major subsystem (Host, Guest, or Gateway)

• Owning critical modules or subsystems end-to-end
• Leading refactoring or modernization initiatives in your owned areas
