C++ Software Engineer

We're partnering with a proprietary quantitative trading firm seeking a Software Engineer to help build the technology that powers its high-performance trading platform.

This is an opportunity to work on production systems where software performance directly impacts trading. You'll collaborate with experienced engineers across the full trading stack, contributing to everything from trading algorithms and market data processing to execution systems and core infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance software in a Linux environment.
• Build reliable, scalable systems that support real-time trading.
• Contribute across multiple areas of the trading platform, including market data, execution, and algorithmic trading.
• Work closely with a highly technical engineering team to solve complex performance and scalability challenges.
• Take ownership of projects that have a direct impact on production trading.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in C++, Java, C#, or another object-oriented language.
• Experience developing software in Linux/Unix environments.
• Passion for writing efficient, reliable, and maintainable code.
• Financial markets or trading experience is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
