Architect systems combining high-performance C++ components with VB.NET business logic layers. Good knowledge in SOILD, Design Pattern.

Define guidelines for code quality, architectural standards, and security practices.

Drive modernization strategies to migrate legacy code from VB.NET to C++ and cloud-native frameworks.

Solve complex performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and concurrency issues. [

Experience: Deep and Strong 15+ years’ experience C++ in software development, with 7+ years in a technical leadership role.

C++ Expertise: Deep knowledge of C++ (C++20 or higher), STL, memory management, and multi-threading.

VB.NET Expertise: Strong proficiency in VB.NET, WinForms/WPF, and the .NET Framework ecosystem.

Interoperability: Proven experience managing CMAKE, C++/CLI, P/Invoke, or COM/ActiveX interfaces between managed and unmanaged code.

Database Skills: Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or relational database optimization.

DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git, SVN), and automated testing frameworks.
