Senior Data Analyst - London - Hybrid (3 Days) - Permanent - Up to £55,000

We're currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a pivotal role in a major enterprise data transformation initiative. Working closely with stakeholders, Data Engineers, Power BI Developers and Product teams, you'll translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

The Role

• Partner with stakeholders to define analytical requirements, KPIs and reporting needs.
• Analyse data across financial reporting domains.
• Design and maintain semantic models, measures and reusable analytical datasets.
• Develop insightful dashboards, reports and data products that drive business value.
• Ensure data quality, validation and governance standards are maintained.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Communicate findings through compelling visualisations and business-focused recommendations.

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Experience designing semantic models and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Strong understanding of data governance, KPI frameworks and data quality principles.
• Ability to turn complex datasets into practical business insights.
