Elevate Partners are partnered with a globally recognised high-frequency trading firm that is continuing to expand its engineering function in Dublin.
This is an opportunity to join a world-class engineering team responsible for designing and developing highly performant, low-latency systems that underpin a global trading platform. Responsibilities
- Design, develop and optimise high-performance software using Modern C++ (C++17/20).
- Build scalable, low-latency systems with a focus on performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Work closely with highly skilled engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
- Continuously improve system performance through profiling, optimisation and performance tuning.
- Contribute to the design and architecture of mission-critical trading infrastructure.
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience developing software in Modern C++ (C++17/20 or later).
- Excellent understanding of multithreading, concurrency and object-oriented design.
- Strong knowledge of Linux development environments.
- Experience building high-performance or low-latency systems.
- A solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and software engineering fundamentals.
- Exposure to high-frequency trading, electronic trading or other latency-sensitive environments would be highly advantageous.
