Indexed description

This is a rare one. You are joining a trading firm that is actively overhauling its execution systems with modern technologies. That means you are not here to maintain legacy code and hope for the best. You are here to build, shape, and leave a real mark on the architecture that drives the business.

The tech stack is modern, the problems are genuinely interesting, and the team around you actually cares about doing things the right way. This is a collaborative, engineering-first environment where technical decisions are taken seriously and good ideas get heard regardless of where they come from.

The structure is flat. The CEO walks the floor. You are not buried in a hierarchy waiting for sign-off from someone who stopped writing code a decade ago. Your work has visibility from day one.

And while you are absolutely in the trading space, it does not feel like a traditional hedge fund. The pressure that usually comes with that territory is not here. People work hard because they enjoy what they are doing and the autonomy they are given here.

You are working hybrid, so you get the best of both worlds. Time in the office to collaborate, time at home to focus.

You'll be coming from a similar front-office trading environment and technically, you are already well versed in modern C++, working in a Linux environment. You have worked on performance-sensitive systems and you know what good looks like at this level.

Ready to work on systems that actually matter in a place that will let you get on with it?
