Your role

We’re looking for an experienced engineer to help build our next-generation proprietary trading stack. Work alongside traders and engineers to create high-performance systems for global markets - no prior trading experience needed. Collaborate directly with in-house users, dive deep into the domain, and make a lasting impact on our success.

What You Bring To WEBB

• Industry experience: 2-5 years of engineering in HPC and/or real-time systems - you know the challenges and opportunities
• Technical mastery: Proficient in C++ and Python, with a solid understanding of systems and network resources
• Impact mindset: You make decisions with purpose, always considering the broader impact on performance and efficiency
• Keep it simple: You believe in the power of simplicity, creating clean solutions that avoid unnecessary complexity
• Endless curiosity: You have a drive to learn, understand, and continuously improve the systems around you

• Language skills: You communicate effectively and clearly in English, both written and spoken (French would be required for our Paris office)
