Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning. - Coordinate project timelines and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. - Promote best practices in software development and reliability engineering across teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure automation. - Experience with monitoring, alerting, and incident response tools to maintain system health. - Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to reliability and automation. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies. - Ability to analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Manila office.
