About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer with strong C++ expertise. In this role, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our aviation software systems. You will work closely with our team to design robust architectures, write high-quality code, and integrate avionic devices into our products.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust software architectures
• Write clean, reliable, and high-performance code to ensure the quality and safety of our products
• Integrate independent avionic devices seamlessly into our existing product
• Co-develop and enhance our existing products
• Actively collaborate with our cross-functional team to achieve project goals
• Develop, test, and design high-quality software systems
• Maintain and improve code quality through code reviews and best practices

Background and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or a relevant engineering field
• 5+ years’ experience in software development with C++
• Experience in software development and system integration, including third-party device connectivity, CI/CD pipelines, C#/.NET backend development, and Angular frontend development as a strong advantage
• Good communication skills in German (min. B2 level) and English
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss/EU/EFTA citizens or holders of a valid Swiss work permit)
